Oblivion shall not be liable for financial losses resulting from the use of the Platform. Trading involves risks and you should only invest what you can afford to lose.
8. Modifications to Terms
Oblivion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
Oblivion reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
